This is a must-see teleserye by ABS-CBN which entitles Kristine. It self was already known for becoming the most successful series in Philippine romance pocketbook history with over 50 books. Wrote by well-loved novelist Martha Cecilia, Kristine was based in an epic story of love and family. The TV adaptation is directed by Rory Quintos.

Kristine’s teleserye lead star Cristine Reyes plays as Jewel Fortalejo with her leading man Zanjoe Marudo which plays the role of Bernard da Silva. Other co-stars are Denise Laurel, Marco De Silva, Lito Legaspi, Chin Chin Gutierrez, and many more. The teleserye resembles sensual, universal and passionate interweaving love stories tackling lies, betrayal, greed, power, forgiveness, hope and the haunting secrets that forever changed the lives of two warring families as told through the eyes of Kristine Jewel Fortalejo.

Kristine Jewel Fortalejo is a simple city girl that goes to their family’s hometown, Paso de Bla to bring her sister who went there by clearing their father’s name out of a very bad reputation of igniting a 23-year gap between their family and that of the De Silvas.

Their father, who died three years ago, has happened to be blame for all the miseries of the De Silvas after he decided to go with another woman on the day of his wedding to one of the De Silvas.

In Paso de Blas, Jewel witnesses how her sister has fallen in love with their family’s mortal enemy and a time has come when she meets the man who she will share with a forbidden love affair.
