The Bencab Museum is one of the most outstanding museums in the Philippines. It is located in Km. 6 Asin Road, Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet, a 15-minute drive from the center of Baguio City. It is a successful project of the BenCab Art Foundation. The museum has different kinds of artworks which infuse the Cordillera’s rich cultural past and tradition. Baguio CityBaguio is known as the summer capital of the Philippines and a highly urbanized city in northern Luzon. It is also called the “City of Pines” due to all the pine trees growing on the mountain slopes around the city. If you ride a plane from Metro Manila, it only takes an hour for you to arrive in Baguio. For economical reasons, you can also ride a bus but it takes you not less than 5 hours upon arrival. Some people prefer to ride a bus for them to enjoy seeing the views as the road enters the mountainous regions.

Baguio City’s Burnham Park

Burnham Park is considered as Baguio City’s premier park and it is the most popular park in town. The park features an artificial boating lake in the center and is located right in the middle of Baguio City, and is named after Daniel H Burnham, the American architect and town planner who laid out Baguio. Burnham Park has also an orchidarium, a rose garden, a terrace restaurant, a children’s playground, bicycle lanes, and areas for basketball and other sports.
