Sarah Geronimo Leads ABS-CBN’s Newest Primetime TV Series “IDOL”
The Kapilya Network is cooking a new musical primetime program to hit television on which they called it “IDOL” that leads Pop star Princess and current Box-Office Queen Sarah Geronimo with her leading men Coco Martin and Sam Milby. Joining them are actors and actresses Matteo Guidicelli, Sam Concepcion, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Agot Isidro, Jessa Zaragoza, Malou de Guzman, K Brosas, Neil Ryan Sese, and Robert Seña. It will be first seen on TV this coming September in courtesy of ABS-CBN channel 2. IDOL is inspired by the hit American TV show “GLEE.”

Filipina Singer and Actress Sarah Geronimo
Sarah Asher Tua Geronimo is a 21 yr. old Filipina singer and actress which was born on July 25, 1988 in Santa Cruz, Manila, Philippines. She is a daughter of Delfin Geronimo (a retired PLDT employer) and Divina, who used to run a beauty parlor in their native town. Sarah is the third of four children with siblings Jonnah Rizzie, Sunshine Grace, and Ezekiel Gabriel.
Her father is the one taught her how to sing. In fact, Sarah’s first music lessons came from him. He would have her practice everyday to develop her singing ability. At the young age of 2, Sarah first sang “Pasko Na Naman” on stage with Pinky Marquez and Richard Reynoso.
